The primary objective of the Coaching+ Bachelor degree is to provide students with the knowledge and key practical skills required in football coaching. What is more, we give you an opportunity to create your unique profile of studies – you can decide what you learn yourself! As a result, you will be prepared not only to begin your work, but also to plan and manager your own development. Our study programme consists of three blocks: basic, general academic and specialised. It is also divided into two specialities:
- Life Coaching;
- Executive Coaching and Leadership.
We have to underline – and this is very important value for you – that our studies are not just about coaching. As part of our programme, we provide you with a lot of workshops in social competencies, mental training and business modelling.

ABOUT THE STUDIES
The programme aims to:
- provide students with significant knowledge, competencies, tools and critical skills to coach others in their chosen sphere of activity;
- ensure students deepen their knowledge, skills and competence in a range of coaching techniques, and are able to critically select and use appropriate techniques and approaches in different situations;
- enable students to integrate conceptual and theoretical knowledge of coaching with practical application to the workplace and/or their chosen sphere of activity;
- support and challenge students to develop reflective knowledge, skills and practice that will enhance their ability to develop their coaching practice;
- enable students to develop a clear understanding of the emergent professional role of coaching and how it is influenced by training and therapeutic interventions;
- enable students to review coaching as an approach that can be used to promote or respond to change, both internally (intra-personal) and externally (whether inter-personal and/or environmentally-influenced);
- facilitate the growing self-awareness of students in order that they can become more effective coaches, learning to work competently or professionally and safely with the psychological and emotional dimensions of coaching;
- ensure students are thoroughly grounded and responsible in their approach to coaching, working to appropriate ethical standards and committed to supervision.
You will study ONLINE
The main difference lies in the organization of study. 50% of classes are conducted in a online mode and 50% at the university. It is an ideal option for those who prefer to organize their own time … and they are good at it. Online studies are conducted with the use of distance learning techniques.

Life Coaching
The role of a life coach is to help others to bridge the gap between where they currently are to where they would like to be. A life coach achieves this by supporting and encouraging others to fulfil their potential, achieve their personal goals and make the most of their lives.
Training to become a life coach not only helps you accelerate your own personal growth, it also offers you the opportunity to enhance your existing career.
A Life Coaching career can also assist you to create financial independence and design a career which is in alignment with your authentic self. Executive Coaching and Leadership

Enrolment process for foreigners
- Fill out the enrolment form – you can download it here.
- Send scans of the enrolment form and High School Diploma to: rekrutacja@wszic.pl).
- After receiving the documents, the Admissions Committee will decide on enrolling you in studies.
- The university will send you a provisional enrolment certificate.
- Pay the entry and tuition fees (for one year or one semester).
- The university will provide you with original documents for an embassy – enrolment certificate and invitation.
- Submit your visa application.
- Come to study.
